Love a fun spot to work & have an affordable hot coffee? You've got to try the Harbor Coffeehouse, especially the Piedmont location, in The Shoppes. It's pretty spacious and has plenty of natural light coming in. I spent a couple hours here journaling and I can't wait to visit again. Let's talk about why I like this Lincoln coffee shop...  affordable pricesThis coffee shop is pretty cool because their prices are affordable. I ordered a drip coffee and their largest size is only $3.10! You barely see that these days. They even offer lattes and cold brews for under $5! I'd like to go back sometime and try their apple cider or Italian sodas.  food menuThis coffee shop is awesome because it offers quite a bit as far as food goes. They have bakery items, breakfast, sandwiches, salads, and soup! I appreciate that because it'd be nice to grab a meal here instead of packing up & heading home to eat.  ambianceI'm a big fan of this neighborhood in Lincoln. I used to live nearby! I like the Harbor because they have numerous big tables and it was nice to spread out my stuff, without feeling cramped. This would be a great spot to catch up with a friend or grab a coffee before shopping! It was decently quiet, but not library quiet, so you don't have to worry about talking. The vibe is definitely light & airy. It's the perfect spot to get some afternoon work or homework done! TIP: They do close at 6pm during the week, so make sure to keep that in mind before you stop.
