Pinterest has changed my life. It took Bliss Junkie from a travel journal to a creditable resource for road trippers. After I created a few pins for my site and saw a bump in traffic, I knew it was game over. This was gonna be the platform that would set me apart. For years now, I've utilized Pinterest to gain me thousands of readers and now I want to share my strategies with you! This is why I've built a video workshop called, Pilot Your Pinterest.
how to grow on pinterest 2021
Some people say Pinterest has changed -- but my strategies have continued to be successful the last couple of years. Past the updates and glitches, Pinterest still operates the same way. A way to look for things. That being said, it's our job to supply the resources people are looking for.
In my five module workshop, I break down how I pin and quick techniques for pinning within your brand. Every pin represents your business -- so it matters what items you save and how you organize them too. Along with that, I outline the very practices I use on a biweekly/monthly basis. These practices consist of who I follow, when to follow back, pinning to group boards, and creating pins that will convert to consistent website traffic.
my pinterest growth strategy
I decided to share this workshop because there were days I'd spend almost an hour responding in Facebook groups about how I use Pinterest! I loved talking about it and I wanted people to know how insanely cool Pinterest is. My growth strategy isn't anything earth-shattering, but when applied to your account monthly -- it will skyrocket your engagement and followers. The greatest part? Each day the homework I give you, won't take longer than 15 minutes. I'm a mom to an almost two year old, so I know how valuable a full hour is.
how to use pinterest to promote website
A few of you may wonder, but how does Pinterest bring you the traffic? When you build a pin of let's say a blog post, you'll attach the link to your site and that's how people will get there. Basically, the more people who see your pin, the more people will click and make it to your site. I actually have another great resource for Pinterest too, it's called the Ultimate Pinterest Checklist. It's totally free and I spill some of my best advice for how I've created such a blog audience by leveraging my Pinterest profile!
Pilot Your Pinterest is perfect for you if you've been experimenting with strategies and aren't seeing results. In my workshop, I dive deep into explaining the ins and outs of crafting a buzz worthy profile. I totally skip the typical 'change your profile pic to this' and walk head first into how I built my audience from the ground up.
you're a travel blogger, what do you know about pinterest?
Though I'm a travel blogger, I've also done my own marketing throughout this whole journey. For five years, I've battled with trial and error, as I fought for the best marketing strategy, but also the most time efficient. Pinterest is truly the greatest tool you will ever find and I'm so excited to teach you how to get great results too! Below, I attached a screenshot of my website traffic from Pinterest since the start of the year. Not bad I'd say!
